What the Free Review Includes
Exactimators will conduct a preliminary, high-level review of one existing restoration or property-loss estimate and the supporting documentation you provide.
Depending on the information available, your review may include:
- Up to three representative observations concerning possible omissions or inconsistencies
- Identification of additional documentation that may be needed
- A recommendation for the most appropriate next step
What the Free Review Does Not Include
The free review is an initial screening intended to determine whether closer analysis may be appropriate. It does not include:
- A complete line-by-line scope comparison
- Creation or revision of an estimate
- Itemized supplement preparation
- Detailed quantity, pricing or code research
- Carrier correspondence or coverage interpretation
- Legal or public-adjusting advice
- A guarantee of additional payment or approval
